QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Minimum Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field.
Licensure: Valid Ohio LISW or LPCC required; LISW-S or LPCC-S preferred.
Experience: Experience in working with children, adolescents and families. Clinical experience in chemical dependency treatment.
Other: Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets the criteria of the Agency’s insurance company. Must be approved by Bellefaire to transport clients in own vehicle.

JOB SUMMARY: Under the administrative and clinical supervision of the Director of Medina Programs, the Clinical Supervisor of The Education and Mental Health Alliance (TEAM) program is responsible for providing clinical and administrative supervision and training to assigned staff members.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Provide administrative supervision to the program and staff including, but not limited to, hiring, supervision, evaluation, disciplinary actions and termination of employees.
Provide staff training programs to provide necessary skills to implement the Medina TEAM Alliance Program.
Provide clinical supervision to Medina TEAM Alliance Program staff.
Provide weekly individual supervision to assigned staff and group supervision as needed.
Attend scheduled staff meetings, supervision, and on-going training.
Assure that Medina TEAM Alliance staff maintain high standards of ethical and professional conduct and adhere to Agency policies and procedures.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of the clinical record through the timely completion of assigned documentation in accordance with applicable licensing and accreditation regulations and standards.
OTHER DUTIES:
Attend scheduled staff meetings, supervision, and on-going training.
All required trainings, certifications and licensure must be kept current in accordance with applicable licensing and accreditation regulations and standards.
Maintain high standards of ethical and professional conduct and adhere to Agency policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned by management.
